STRATEGY

SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
  1. Restart EPC - WKB81251
  2. Ensure that firewall for public network is disabled - WKB5766
  3. Stop and start processes - WKB12229
  4. Change instrument LAN IP address to 192.168.0.2 - WKB29449
  5. Disable antivirus or ensure that exceptions are in place - WKB7608
  6. (Advanced) Reimage and reinstall MassLynx - WKB28228
HARDWARE SOLUTIONS
  1. Ensure that UPLC is powered-on - WKB53787
  2. Ensure that Ethernet cable is plugged in - WKB24640
  3. Reseat Ethernet cable - WKB26615
  4. Restart MS electronics - WKB9414
  5. Replace Ethernet cable - WKB8117
  6. (Advanced) If high background, flush the LC - WKB82450
