SYMPTOMS
- MassLynx cannot communicate with the mass spectrometer.
- Resetting the PC does not resolve the issue.
- Restarting the system does not resolve the issue.
- Pinging the EPC causes request time-out messages.
- The PC's antiviral software was updated, but removal of updates does not resolve the issue.
