  4. Ensure Internet is not pugged into switch box per WKB249759
  5. Is bridge present (if applicable)? WKB83571
  6. Reset TCP/IP. WKB10069
  7. Faulty port on switch WKB65949
  8. Faulty Ethernet cable WKB11345
  9. Faulty Network card (NIC) WKB13958
