- Clear Waters DHCP server configuration window
- Reboot instruments
- Instruments power-up properly but nothing appears in the Waters DHCP server configuration window
- Firewall is off
- Swapping Ethernet cables does not resolve
- Swapping Ethernet switch box does not resolve
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY H-Class system
- MassLynx
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Instrument LAN card failure
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace and configure the instrument LAN card.
