- The e2695, 2489, and 2475 types do not show up in DHCP service, but IP addresses do show up
- 2489 and 2475 have instrument control software installed
- The instruments do not show up in loader.exe and do not show up on the Instruments tab in node properties

CAUSE
IP addresses are "stuck".
FIX or WORKAROUND
