The e2695, 2489, and 2475 types do not show up in DHCP service, but IP addresses do - WKB10069

SYMPTOMS

• The e2695, 2489, and 2475 types do not show up in DHCP service, but IP addresses do show up
• 2489 and 2475 have instrument control software installed
• The instruments do not show up in loader.exe and do not show up on the Instruments tab in node properties

ENVIRONMENT

• Alliance Separations Module e2695
• 2489 UV/Vis Detector
• 2475 Fluorescence (FLR) Detector
• Empower

CAUSE

IP addresses are "stuck". 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reset the TCP/IP addresses. See the article How do I reset or clear the TCP/IP autoconfiguration address, 169.XX.XX.XX?
