STRATEGY

  1. Reset detector from Console or Run Samples window - WKB8172
  2. Confirm that network adaptors are still bridged - WKB31622 
  3. Restart detector and LAC/E - WKB83316
  4. Inspect for antivirus software. If present, either turn off or ensure that there are exclusions from the real-time scanning - WKB29566
  5. Confirm instrument LAN Settings:
    1. Resolve communication issues - WKB67308
    2. Confirm LAN setting - WKB1972
  6. Inspect Ethernet switch and cables: 
    1. Change Ethernet switch port- WKB65949
    2. Inspect Ethernet cable - WKB78283
    3. Replace Ethernet cable - WKB11345
  7. Reinstall drivers - WKB19236
