SYMPTOMS

ACQUITY pumps unable to compress error.

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class

• ACQUITY UPLC M-Class

STRATEGY

1. Inspect for leaks:
   1. At pump head - WKB82367 
   2. At check valve - WKB12201
   3. Between pump heads - WKB75880
2. Inspect for clog at in-line filter - WKB52648
3. Inspect the check valves.
   1. Inspect check valve on primary pump and replace if necessary - WKB12201
   2. Inspect accumulator check valve and replace if necessary WKB28156
   3. Inspect the PEEK washer/gasket on check valve - WKB32496
4. Ensure that the intelligent intake valve is working - WKB80402
5. Inspect the seals and plungers to ensure that they are in good condition - WKB12776
6. Inspect the head support plates and seal wash plates to ensure that they are in good condition - WKB12857
7. Possible that vent valve cartridge is unable to hold pressure - WKB1317
