SYMPTOMS
- Accumulator is unable to compress during leak test.
- No solvent comes out of waste line during priming.
- No solvent comes out of primary transducer to accumulator tubing.
ENVIRONMENT

- ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
- ACQUITY Arc
CAUSE
The intelligent intake valve (I2V) cartridge is faulty.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the intelligent intake valve (I2V) cartridge (Part Number 700003563).
If the problem persists, replace the intelligent intake valve (Part Number 700003557).
