- Retention time shift
- No flow from the pump

CAUSE
Crack of plunger on primary and residue build-up on accumulator plunger.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace plunger and seals on both primary and accumulator sides of solvent manager.
- Remove pump head
- Replace the Pump head seals
- Replace the Pump Plunger
- Prime the Seal Wash and Pump
- Perform Leak Test
