Ensure that the Active Preheater (APH) is secure - WKB80613
Ensure contacts are clean - WKB96736
Inspect software configuration settings:
- For CM-A configurations with a 30-cm column heater/cooler - WKB14587
- For CM-A configurations using multiple columns in series - WKB82546
- For CH-A configurations with a 30-cm column heater/cooler - WKB28279
- For CH-A configurations with a CH-30A - WKB92512
If you are on Empower using multiple system configurations, bring system offline and online again - WKB15643
