SYMPTOMS
- Error: Column active preheater configured but not detected when using the active preheater.
- 30-cm CHC not in use.
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
- Column Heater (CH-A)
- 30-cm Column Heater/Cooler
CAUSE
Wrong configuration.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Open the ACQUITY Console.
- Disable the 30-cm Column Heater/Cooler and the CHA.
- Enable just the CHA.
