STRATEGY

  1. Ensure that the plate configuration is correctly set.
    1. For Empower - WKB56331
    2. For UNIFI - WKB22166
  2. Look for obstructions to the needle carriage - WKB2119.
  3. Ensure that the needle is not damaged or bent - WKB26140.
  4. Ensure needle does not touch bottom of vial - WKB11021
