- Both errors are seen in the error log in the ACQUITY console

CAUSE
Incorrect plate configuration or incorrect vial selection.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Configure for an ANSI plate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Any non-ANSI plate will cause this error upon injection.
Ensure the vial placement is correct, i.e. V:1, 1:A,1, 1:1.
