How to enable the 2777 cycle editor (macro) for MassLynx - WKB56463

ANSWER

To enable the cycle editor for the 2777 / 2777C / CTC PAL2:　

1. Close MassLynx. 　
2. Locate the file ''AddLicense.exe'' in C:\MassLynx and run the executable. 　
3. Add the license to the dialog and click OK. This adds the license number to the registry and enables cycle editing.
4. If no error message appears, the license is added. You will not see OK or other confirmation.
5. Restart MassLynx.　

Is should now be possible to select the macro editor by choosing CTC Pal / Edit Cycles in the inlet editor. This option is unavailable unless the cycle editor is enabled.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
