FIX: Clean or replace ion block and Ion Guide/StepWave assembly. If cleaning or replacing ion block and ion guide/stepwave does not increase sensitivity, quads and collision cell should be considered to be cleaned especially if the customer compound is relatively non-polar i.e steroids.
