• Beam error - signal too weak
• No beam detected

STRATEGY

1. Tune for resolution and sensitivity and set Veff - WKB57969
2. Manually increase or decrease the detector voltage auto value - WKB12269
3. Confirm that DRE lens and collision cell settings are at defaults - WKB31207
4. Modify/disable the shutdown method - WKB12323
