Turbo pump issues on Xevo G2/G3 product line (Guided Troubleshooting) - WKB98892

SYMPTOMS

• Pump or pumps do not start
• Turbo controller/turbo controller unit issues
• Vacuum or power Issues
• Error messages
  • Including but not limited to:
    • "Turbo controller fault"
    • "Instrument vented due to pump failure"
    • Instrument does not vent with vent command; error: "Vent timeout, override activated"
    • “PUMP FAIL set vent to clear” error

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2
• Xevo G2-S
• Xevo G2-XS
• Xevo G3

STRATEGY

1. Reset turbo controller modules - WKB1055
2. Replace/reseat Belleville washers – WKB48459
3. Ensure that the proper cone is installed – WKB13617
