STRATEGY

  1. Use higher flow rate - WKB13748
  2. Ensure that orange fluidics tubing is fully submerged in the wash solution - WKB69940
  3. Most Likely:  Purge reference fluidics (at least 5 times) - WKB92145
  4. Tighten PEEK nut at end of the reference probe mount assembly - WKB57869
  5. Trim the end of or replace the tubing from reservoir B to the reference valve - WKB51661
  6. Use a more aqueous LockSpray solution - WKB13748
  7. Rebuild reference probe - WKB6834
  8. Purge syringe pump and blue tubing directly with methanol - WKB67224
