The login box for NuGenesis WebVision is very small and cannot be resized - WKB49513

SYMPTOMS

• When browsing to the NuGenesis WebVision login page, the login box is very small and cannot be resized
• The username and password fields can be filled in by pressing Tab to change to each field
• It is possible to log in to NuGenesis, but it is not easy to use the login box

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Internet Explorer versions 8-11

CAUSE

The NuGenesis SDMS web server is in neither the Internet Explorer Trusted Sites list nor the Compatibility View list.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Add the X-UA-Compatible HTTP header on the SDMS web server so that all IE clients will load the site in compatibility view.
2. Add the SDMS web server to IE's Trusted Sites list (either through Group Policy or by modifying the list on each client machine).
