- Shadow Copy or Volume Snapshot Service or Volume Shadow Service or Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS)
CAUSE
Volume Shadow Service was running during data acquisition.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Turn off the Volume Shadow Service as per article #15560 How to disable Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) in Windows.
