No MS signal using the SQD2, but the PDA is fine - WKB9660

SYMPTOMS

• Peaks appear as expected in the PDA trace
• No peaks, only noise in the MS trace
• No error messages
• No leaks
• Tune page readbacks are okay
• The ACQUITY H-Class system and the PC were rebooted

ENVIRONMENT

• SQ Detector 2
• ACQUITY H-Class system
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class
• MassLynx 4.1

CAUSE

The EPC needs a reboot.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Exit the console and all MassLynx windows.
2. Reboot the EPC.
