- Lower than expected sensitivity
- While infusing a sample and monitoring the beam on the tune page, gently pushing or pulling the probe results in beam intensity increase
- System is not charging and all voltages are as expected

CAUSE
Probe tip is slightly bent and not directing the nebulized spray toward the sample cone.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace or straighten the probe tip.
