- ACQUITY Sample Manager-FTN powered-off to install extension loop
- Lost communications to all components of the system
- Rebooted PC and ACQUITY UPLC hardware; communications restored to UPLC but not to Xevo TQ-S
- Resetting the EPC using the reset button on the front panel did not resolve
