SYMPTOMS
- Setup fails or does not run
- Vacuum OK but was recently vented
ENVIRONMENT
- RDa
- BioAccord
CAUSE
Vacuum allows the RDa to enter Operate but is not yet low enough for the software to run the setup successfully.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Wait at least an hour and try again.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On first pump down, it may take several days to reach 7e-7 mbar vacuum.
If the issue (not reaching 7e-7 mbar) persists, contact GSS.
