Any of the following:
- Tune Page does not open
- MassLynx slow to open or slow and unresponsive
- MS Console shows communication error directly after MS reboot
- Task Manager shows no unusual program and low usability
- MassLynx either fails or takes more than half an hour to open options such as bed layout editor and the inlet configuration

Reboot the host PC.
