UniSpray probe leaks - WKB4787

SYMPTOMS

• Solvent leaks from the end of the white heat shrink section of the probe (the part with the probe part number written on it)

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-XS
• UniSpray source

CAUSE

Incorrectly fitted probe

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Reseat the probe in the diversion valve port, ensuring that there is no dead volume.
2. Tighten the PEEK fitting fully. The fitting will "click" when it is fully tight.
