SYMPTOMS

• Intermittent missing peaks on Xevo TQ-XS
• LC working as expected
• Injection volume and vial types are correct
• Method events are enabled 
• Electronic reboot did not resolve the issue

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S
• Xevo TQ-XS
• MassLynx 4.1
• MassLynx 4.2

CAUSE

Method events are not working as intended, inhibiting the diverter valve function

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Create a new method with at least one MRM starting from 0.00 minutes.
2. An acquisition window must be present at or slightly before the time of the event.
