  • Error message upon opening the MassLynx MS method: The auto dwell time calculated is different from the last saved dwell time. Press Yes to load the calculated dwell time or press No to retain the saved dwell time
  • No chromatographic signal

ENVIRONMENT

CAUSE

The system is set to use manual settings for Inter-scan Delay on the tune page.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Set to Automatic Acquisition Inter-scan Delay Settings.
  2. Clear the "Enable Manual Mode" check box in the Inter-scan setup on the tune page.
