SYMPTOMS

• "Low Desolvation Gas Flow" error in Console
• Desolvation gas flow readback on tune page is close to requested value but fluctuates somewhat

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQD

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. On the tune page, reduce desolvation gas flow, and then increase the requested flow back to the original.
2. Ensure that the error message clears.
3. Run samples and confirm that the error does not return.
