ANSWER
The QDa along with our other mass spectrometers uses a PMT as part of the detector assembly. As a general guideline, the saturation for a single peak (SIR or MRM) is approximately 1.34e8. For a scan (TIC) the value may be higher because it is a sum of the intensities of all the peaks.
