FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close MassLynx software and the ACQUITY MS Console.

- Move the vacuum override switch (top) to the down position (to move the toggle switches, you must first pull them out slightly).
- Move the electronics switch (bottom) to the down position to power-off the electronics (allow the fans on the Xevo TQ-XS to stop before proceeding).
- Move the electronics switch back to the up position. (The fans will start to spin much faster than expected. Wait for the fans to slow before proceeding.)
- When the fans have slowed, put the vacuum override switch back into the up position.
- Open MassLynx.
- Verify that you have the Not Scanning status on the bottom edge of the sample list page and that the Xevo TQ-XS appears in the ACQUITY MS Console.
