ANSWER

Approximately 50 μL is consumed each time.
If the set value of the “Seal wash” on “General” tab in the BSM instrument method is 5 minutes (the default value), 20 μL of the seal wash solution flows every 5 minutes while flowing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

2 minutes means one 50 ul stroke every 2 minutes.
5 minutes  one 50ul stroke every 5 minutes

So the lower you set the minutes the more you use..  So one stroke per interval, and a stroke is approx. 50ul
