No solvent flow from ACQUITY Solvent Manager - WKB10645

SYMPTOMS

• No solvent flow from solvent line(s). 
• Very low and unstable pressure when running flow through X and/or Y solvent lines.

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Binary Solvent Manager (BSM)
• ACQUITY Arc Quaternary solvent Manager-R (QSM-R)
• ACQUITY QSM
• ACQUITY PREMIER BSM

CAUSE

No solvent passing through the pump heads due to dry solvent line(s).

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Thoroughly prime the solvent line(s).
2. Ensure pressure is stable and as expected.
