ANSWER
There is no formal procedure recommended by Waters for transferring data between PCs. There are various ways to do it, such as creating a shared storage area that both the MassLynx PC and the UNIFI PC can access, and which is regularly backed up.
For maximum data integrity when copying files between two locations, follow the advice in KCS article WKB12537.
It is also possible to automate data transfer from the MassLynx acqusition PC to a shared storage area using Symphony.
