Sample list queue is stuck in waters_connect with Xevo G3 QTof - WKB253630

SYMPTOMS
- The sample list queue cannot be cleared in the system console > system monitor > sample list queue pane
- Display of {!interbalError} as Startup status
- Implementing the steps in the KCS article WKB10304 did not solve the problem
- The instrument system [online] in use cannot be switched Offline without an error
ENVIRONMENT
- Xevo G3 QTof
- ACQUITY RDa Detector
- waters_connect UNIFI 1.9.12, 3.0, 3.1 and later
- waters_connect UNIFI Xevo G3 QTof driver 1.0.0 and later
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close the system console app.
- Launch the UNIFI app from the waters_connect Hub.
- Go to UNIFI app > administration > Device management and locate the workstation tab.
- Right-click on the Workstation line. Click Reset.
- Click Force.
- Specify a reason for resetting the LND and confirm.
- Click Close after the LND is successfully reset.
- Launch the system console app from the waters_connect Hub.
- Go to the system console > system monitor, and click on the instrument system.
- Confirm that the sample list queue has cleared.
