Cannot quantitate Tof MRM or MSMS data in UNIFI - WKB25291

SYMPTOMS

• No response or quantitation results after processing
• The component is clearly there

ENVIRONMENT

• UNIFI 1.7.X
• UNIFI 1.8.X
• UNIFI 1.9.2

CAUSE

The components in the analysis method were brought in via import from a library and have too much information.

FIX or WORKAROUND

In the analysis method Manage Components tab, keep data only in the following columns:

• Expected RT

• Calibration response factor

• Extraction mode

• Fragment charge

• Fragment m/z
