SYMPTOMS
- Authentication issue on network server for PowerShell script to check disk space
- Every few minutes, new waters_connect 3.0 network sees a process to launch cmd with elevated permissions, in order to launch a PowerShell script
- The application on the server (C:\Program Files\erl-24.3.3\erts-12.3.1\bin\erl.exe) that runs "powershell.exe -NoLogo -NoProfile -NonInteractive -Command (Get-PSDrive c).Free" .

CAUSE
This defect in RabbitMQ is fixed in a newer version of RabbitMQ. A free disk space query that fails in the majority of cases does not affect any future checks, so this is primarily log noise.
FIX or WORKAROUND
This error in RabbitMQ is fixed in a newer version of RabbitMQ that will be rolled into the next commercialized release of waters_connect. The new version 3.10.7 of RabbitMQ is included in Waters MessageBus v1.3.0 and w_c services v6.3.0.
A free disk space query that fails in the majority of cases does not affect any future checks, so this is primarily log noise.
Users can disregard this notification in the event logs because it has no effect in the application.
