Sample queue stuck in run, even when the analysis is closed in UNIFI - WKB10304

SYMPTOMS

  • Sample queue stopped due to an error message
  • The sample list is stuck "running" and cannot start another sample queue

ENVIRONMENT

  • UNIFI

CAUSE

Sample list did not complete normally

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. In administrator, go to System Monitor.
  2. Select the instrument system at the top of the window.
  3. Select abort all or remove on each sample queue in the bottom window.
