Error "Document has been changed by another user" appears when editing or saving documents in NuGenesis LMS - WKB64377

SYMPTOMS

• The following error message appears when attempting to save changes to a document in NuGenesis LMS:
  • Document has been changed by another user.  Please reload to get an updated version.
• If the document is reloaded, the changes that the user was working on are lost
• No other user was editing the document at the time of the error

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 ELN

CAUSE

Auto-Save settings are not in effect for all users of NuGenesis LMS.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Ensure that the user setting "Auto save" is set to "Automatically save when finish section edit" for all users in LMS.
