Error "Template version mismatch found during refresh" appears in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log file - WKB31062

SYMPTOMS

• The following error appears in the SDMS AA activity log file:
  • Template [Template name] version mismatch found during refresh.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The version of the template named in the error message is newer in the NuGenesis database than the version on the File Capture server.

FIX or WORKAROUND

The Archive Agent will update/overwrite its local version of the template with the newer version from the DB automatically. No user action is needed.
