This DLL was written and provided by Waters Professional Services staff to customers who needed to use custom Excel functions within Smart Builder forms.  This DLL is obsolete as of 2018 and forms which make use of this DLL should be re-written to use the equivalent functions within the file Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll.

The plugin Waters.ELN.AC.UserInterface.dll is maintained by Waters Professional Services staff.  It is provided to every customer who engages Professional Services for Smart Builder forms development projects.  The DLL contains many common functions which extend the capabilities of Smart Builder.
