Error "Login to Millennium service failed" appears in the NuGenesis SDMS Archive Agent log - WKB26457

SYMPTOMS

• Error message "Login to Millennium service failed" in the NuGenesis Archive Agent log.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

CAUSE

The Exceptions List username or password in the NuGenesis File Capture template line is not valid. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

Edit the NuGenesis File Capture template line to update the exceptions list to use a username and password combination that is valid in Empower.
