Note - Although the release notes for SCN 1018 indicate that it supports both Q-tof and tof variants of Xevo G2-XS, an issue has been identified that means SCN 1018 will not support the Xevo G2-XS tof.
NOTE : MassLynx 4.2 SCN 996 was created to support future EPC and ADC hardware on YFC and later serial numbers. SCN996 incorporates the Lenovo P510 compatibility fix from patch SCN1010. For existing systems, regardless if the relevant hardware has been upgraded or not, upgrade from MassLynx 4.2 SCN966 + SCN1010 to SCN996 for ease of future compatibility of the boards.
