SYMPTOMS
- Unable to communicate with e-SAT/IN
- MassLynx cannot find e-SAT/IN when scanning for instruments
- e-SAT/IN Configured as detector in the Inlet Configuration
- In Waters DHCP Server configuration, module listed with IP address but no type or serial number shown
- Found: ICS for e-SAT/IN not installed
ENVIRONMENT
- ACQUITY UPLC System
- e-SAT/IN Module
- MassLynx 4.1
CAUSE
e-SAT/IN driver not installed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Install e-SAT/IN driver following the e-SAT/IN module installation guide.
