MassLynx is not injecting the second sample after it was reinstalled with a "Missing/wrong plate or vial" error in the IntelliStart log - WKB69234

SYMPTOMS

• MassLynx and OALogin reinstalled
• First sample injected fine
• Subsequent samples are not injected
• Vial is not pierced
• "Missing/wrong plate or vial" error in the IntelliStart log
• Bed Layout and correct plates and vial types are selected

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• OALogin
• ACQUITY Sample Manager
• IntelliStart

CAUSE

Incorrect bed layout and/or vial numbering were selected, so the vial is in the wrong position in the tray.

Bed layout is set to the standard "2 Plate Bed" with two "ANSI-48Vial2mLHolder" racks selected. 
However, the previous system was configured for OALogin with the "OA - 2 plate Bed", which uses the "OA-ANSI-48Vial2mLHolder" racks. The default vial numbering systems for these plates are different (i.e., Sequential Discontinuous with horizontal first checked vs. Sequential Discontinuous).
This means that the first injection at position 1 is correct in both configurations, but the rest are not.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Select the correct bed layout, rack, and vial numbering sequence.
