MassLynx IntelliStart does not generate MRM method, only SIR - WKB58342

SYMPTOMS

• Selecting Sample Tune and Develop Method in IntelliStart results in creation of only an SIR method
• No error messages, but no MRM method is created
• Method Development Report shows a location for the MRM .exp file, but it is not there

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.2 SCN 982
• IntelliStart
• Xevo TQ-XS

CAUSE

Software bug - PFD 21065

FIX or WORKAROUND

Workaround: Develop the SIR method and the MRM method separately.
This works if MRM alone is selected.
