TargetLynx does not process the data - WKB2762

SYMPTOMS

• There is no data at all after processing with TargetLynx
• You cannot open the Chromatogram from the sample list

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1
• TargetLynx

CAUSE

There is a space at the beginning or the end of the file name.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Double-click on the first file name in the sample list that has the issue. Using the arrow keys on the keyboard, move the cursor to the beginning or the end of the file name and look for spaces. 
2. Delete any space at the beginning or the end of the name. (It is best not to use spaces anywhere in the file name. Underscore _ works better. 
3. Fix the remaining file names in the sample list.
4. Confirm that you can can now open your sample chromatogram from the sample list. 
5. Process with TargetLynx.
