Injections do not run in MassLynx - WKB249391

SYMPTOMS

• Sample list starts but the system never advances to the next injection or shows any progress
• Deleting the queue and restarting has no effect
• MassLynx shows the instrument is present
• Events and triggering are set for Event in 1
• Resetting the LC or rebooting the PC has no effect
• "Waters Generic Instrument COM Server. Detector Method Failed to Open Raw Data Files" error from the inlet editor

Communication issue
