Injections do not run in MassLynx - WKB249391

SYMPTOMS
- Sample list starts but the system never advances to the next injection or shows any progress
- Deleting the queue and restarting has no effect
- MassLynx shows the instrument is present
- Events and triggering are set for Event in 1
- Resetting the LC or rebooting the PC has no effect
- "Waters Generic Instrument COM Server. Detector Method Failed to Open Raw Data Files" error from the inlet editor
