ANSWER
No. MassLynx acquisition computers must use only the operating system specified in the release notes or specifically tested and documented by Waters.
The currently supported Windows versions are Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB 1607, and newly released LTSC 2021 (only supported on a Water-supplied P520 with MassLynx 4.2 SCN 1043 and subsequent versions).
Use of non-tested versions is unsupported and may cause issues with MassLynx operation.
