SYMPTOMS

  • IntelliStart becomes unresponsive when tasked to generate a Methods Development report
  • The program freezes and an error message appears: "ACQUITY Console Client has stopped working - close the program"
  • Another error appears afterwards: "Sample Manager FTN Server has stopped working - close the program"

Reload ICS.

MassLynx 4.2 SCN 977 comes with Driver Pack 2017 Release 1 as part of the installer. (No additional ICS media are required.)
