SYMPTOMS
- IntelliStart becomes unresponsive when tasked to generate a Methods Development report
- The program freezes and an error message appears: "ACQUITY Console Client has stopped working - close the program"
- Another error appears afterwards: "Sample Manager FTN Server has stopped working - close the program"
